a decidedly average airport hotel
hot water dirty room
i found the lack of cold water pretty annoying. after complaining three times, someone finally came to the room and suggested i just let the water run. after 40 minutes of hot water, there was still no cold water and i had to wash in the lobby bathroom. the room wasn't great, either.

sameem at reception was very helpful. he. the hotel was very nice and neat within easy reach of the airport.
the shower was blocked. it leaked all over the bathroom floor. on checkout nobody asked for feedback.

decent stay overall
airport proximity good breakfast reception staff mandatory deposit
i was impressed by the location, very close to the airport. the breakfast was also good. there were lots of restaurants around for choice, which i found beneficial. the hotel provided easy access to terminal 2.
i found the staff at the reception somewhat lacking. they took a mandatory deposit of 200 aed. i was surprised that only one face towel was provided for two people.
